Fees to be paid in advance.
There must be at least five clear working days between receipt of fees and date of training.
In order to secure a particular day or time it may be necessary to send the fee earlier.
Training days / times will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Refund policy: If at least 28 days' notice of cancellation is given you will receive a refund of 100%*.
If 27-14 days notice of cancellation is given you will receive 50% refund*.
If 13-3 days notice of cancellation is given you will receive a refund of 25%*.
If fewer than 2 clear working days (Monday - Friday inclusive, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays) notice is given of cancellation, or if there is non attendance for any reason, the fee will be forfeit. Any change of appointment will incur a £25 admin fee. After a change of appointment and subsequent cancellation no refund will be given.
* All refunds will be subject to a 10% admin fee.
In the unlikely event of a client being ultimately unsuccessful at
either of the practical tests, any remaining hours of training will be held over until the
pupil is eligible to start training again. If, by that time, the course fees have increased,
the student will be liable to pay the difference in price of the fees.
Clients will be responsible for any exam fees and (where appropriate)
travel / accommodation costs.
If there is absenteeism of six months or more from training, the client
will be deemed to have let the course lapse and the fee will be forfeit.
Before starting a complete ADI training course, or ADI Part 2 training,
clients must satisfy the eyesight requirement (be able to read a number plate at 27.5m / 90ft).
This can be checked at the Training Establishment on a consultation visit.
Guidance Notes
All training is carried out on a one-to-one
basis with no car sharing.
The client's own car will be used for ADI Part 2, ADI Part 3, Cardington / Advanced
training and Check Test Guidance. The car must be legal and roadworthy, right-hand drive and manual.
Indicators/stop lamps must be in working order. Headrests, if factory fitted, must not be removed.
If the car does not satisfy these conditions training will not be given and the fee will be forfeit.
Accommodation is available locally: B&B or hotels of various standards. Please
telephone if details are required.
Refreshments (lunch etc.) can be obtained at various places in the locality.
No guarantee can be given regarding a client's passing of any part of the ADI exam.
Clients will be advised about readiness, or otherwise, to take any part of the ADI exam.
All reasonable care, but no responsibility, will be taken for clients' personal property.
The Training Establishment operates a no smoking policy.
No tape recordings may be made either in-car or in the 'classroom'.
You are advised to bring:
- Notepad and pens - All training
- Visual Aids - ADI Part 3 / Check Test Guidance
- L Plates for car - ADI Part 3 / Check Test Guidance
- Interior and 'eye' mirror - ADI Part 3 / Check Test Guidance
- Current editions of The Driving Manual and The Highway Code
- It is also recommended that spare L plates, notepads and pens be kept in
the car to cover all contingencies.
Clients will be expected to prepare thoroughly before presenting themselves for practical training.
When you undertake training with Instructor Training & publications you understand and agree to abide by
the terms of business and guidance notes as detailed above.
