IDEAL for ADIs / PDIs who are unable due to work commitments or distance, to attend the Training Establishment personally but who require knowledgeable, independent, and constructive advice.

This is a live telephone Help Line service which is available from Monday to Friday between 10:00hrs - 22:00 hrs dependant upon practical training commitments.

All calls are answered by Brian M Stratton, DSA Approved Driving Instructor (Car), one of the UK's most highly qualified and widely experienced instructor trainers.

He has written many acclaimed books on driving and associated topics and is the Principal of a DSA Recommended Approved Driving Instructor Training Establishment.

Independent, non-judgemental advice based on experience and knowledge will be given on any of the above or associated topics.

This service is confidential and you'll be given straightforward, usable advice in plain English. Precise and concise. No waffle and no jargon.
