About The ADI Part 1
THE
first part of the ADI exam consists of 100 questions presented in a multiple-choice
format on a computer. The questions cover ten subject groups in
four bands. The pass mark is 85% and you must
also achieve at least 20 out of 25 in each band.

Option 1
Mock
test question papers (with answer sheets) can be
bought either singly or as a complete set.
These
are designed for home study use, and support from
the Training Establishment is not included in the
price. However, answers can be sourced at a cost
of £3 per answer. (Please go to our publications
bookstore for more price details).
Option 2
A
course of ten mock test question papers with
support and feedback from the Training Establishment throughout the course.
You
will be given a detailed analysis of each answer
sheet comprising overall score, marks in each
band and each subject, together with information
sources for incorrect answers. Before taking the
DSA test you will also be set a bonus
supplementary question paper featuring 'new'
questions from very recent tests.
This
is a distance learning course.
One-to-One Training is also
available at the Training Establishment. Please ask for details.
Mock Test Question Papers
All
mock test question papers contain 100 questions,
each with three possible answers. The ten subject
groups are covered in the correct order and with
the same weighting as the DSA test.
Mock
test question papers 1-10 inclusive contain
questions banded and grouped as appropriate.
There
are a further eight mock test papers (11-18
inclusive) which contain questions exclusively
from bands 1, 2, 3 or 4. These are ideal if you
need to concentrate on any particular band(s) to
achieve consistency in your results.
Mock
test question papers 19 and 20 each contain a
random selection of questions.
Please
note that the questions in the papers 11-20
inclusive are drawn from some or all of the mock
test papers 1-10 inclusive.
These
mock test question papers are only available
direct from the Establishment.
